摘要
介绍了粉尘成因及治理现状,根据河钢乐钢生产的实际情况及环保指标要求,在原料输送、转运系统中采用全密封迷宫环保导料槽,可有效减少转运点及卸料点等位置移动卸料时产生的扬尘,也可减少所需的除尘风量,从而节省大量环保用电,年可节约运行费用2862.92万元;同时降低成品物料在转运处破碎率,降低年生产成本约1000万元,经济效益显著。
This paper introduces the causes and treatment status of dust.According to the actual production situation and the environmental protection requirements in Lesteel,the fully labyrinth seal environmental friendly guide groove is used in the raw material conveying and transfer system,which can effectively reduce the dust generation during the positional movement of transfer points and unloading points and can also reduce the required air volume,thus saving a lot of environmental protection electricity and the operating costs of 28 629 200 yuan per year.Meanwhile,the breakage rate of product materials at the transposing point is decreased and the annual production cost is reduced by about 10 million yuan.The results indicate that the fully labyrinth seal environmental friendly guide groove is of remarkable economical benefits.
