焦化节能环保新技术在河钢宣钢的应用 被引量:7

摘要 为建设绿色、环保、节能型企业,河钢宣钢焦化厂从打造节能型焦炉到荒煤气显热回收利用、再到焦化废水有效处理,取得了显著效果。节能型焦炉采用自动加热技术、焦炉煤气自动掺混技术和新型炉门衬砖开发应用,降低了煤气耗热量,达到行业特级炉标准,处于国内先进水平。荒煤气显热回收利用新型热回收型上升管回收荒煤气显热产生蒸汽13t/h,并入低压蒸汽管网,有效缓解了低压蒸汽不足,降低了环境温度优化炉顶操作环境;焦化废水处理技术采用超导磁分离,该技术通过选择适合的磁种,使之与废水中污染物结合,迅速分离污水中的磁性絮团,再通过与其他污水处理技术的有机结合,有效地去除各种难降解的有机物等,使废水出水的CODcr、氨氮等达到《炼焦化学工业污染物排放标准》水污染物特别排放限值中的直接排放标准,满足高炉冲渣或炼钢焖渣水质要求,实现废水零外排,避免污染环境。系列技术创新促进了焦化行业向绿色高质量发展,为建设绿色环保奥运新城提供了坚实保障。 Aiming to build a green,environmental friendly and energy-saving enterprise,this paper introduces the technical practice in energy-saving coke oven,waste gas sensible heat recovery and utilization,coking wastewater treatment of HBIS Xuansteel.After the application of new technology,the coke oven has been met the industry furnace standard requirment and reached at the domestic advanced level.The 13t/h vapor produced by sensible heat recovery of raw coke oven gas in ascension pipe has been merged into the low-pressure steam network;the coking wastewater treatment has been reached the"Discharge standard of pollutants for coke chemical industry"direct discharge standards for special limits of water pollutants and achieved zero emmission.The series of technological innovations promotes the coking industry to develop green and high quality,and provides a solid guarantee for Zhangjiakou City to build a green and environmental friendly Olympic new city.
