摘要
河钢集团邯钢公司焦化厂采用真空碳酸钾脱硫,由于进入脱硫的煤气没有处理干净,导致该系统运行中出现了脱硫液被污染、再生塔真空度异常、真空泵换热器堵塞等异常情况,通过查找原因解决了此类问题。
The steel coking plant of HBIS Hansteel adopts vacuum potassium carbonate desulfurization technology.Since the desulfurized gas has not been well-treated,the vacuum potassium carbonate desulfurization system is under unusual conditions,including contaminated desulfurization solution,the regeneration tower with unusual vaccum degree,and blocked vacuum pump heat exchanger.This paper introduces solutions to solve such problems.
