活性焦脱硫脱硝系统在焦炉的应用

APPLICATION OF ACTIVATED COKE DESULFURIZATION AND DENITRATION SYSTEM IN COKE OVEN

随着我国钢铁行业主要气态污染物排放标准的日趋严格,活性焦干法烟气净化技术因其多污染物协同净化、高效脱除、资源回收和适应性强等优点得到了应用并逐步推广。介绍了活性焦脱硫脱硝系统在某企业焦炉的实践应用,包括建设情况、运行效果、再生气利用途径等。同时结合企业实际情况,从吨产品和污染物脱除量两角度对运行成本进行了详细核算,并对运行成本进行了分析。从副产物角度,可因地制宜结合企业的实际情况选取适宜的SO2利用途径。送至荒煤气上升管后再送至克劳斯炉制硫磺是一种可选的利用途径,无需再建设制酸系统,无制酸废水产生。以该企业为例,限产情况80%负荷下烟气净化运行成本在9~12元/t·焦,满负荷生产时硫脱硝系统的吨焦运行成本会进一步降低,约7.6~10元/t.焦。折合脱除SO2、NOx的运行成本(不含检修和人工)分别为5577元/t、7753元/t。以上结论为焦化企业在焦炉烟气超低排放改造工艺的选择时提供技术参考。

With the increasingly rigorous emission standards of the major gaseous pollutants in China iron and steel industry,activated coke flue gas purification technology has been applied and gradually promoted due to its advantages of integrated purification,efficient removal,resource recovery and strong adaptability.The practical application of activated coke desulphurization and denitrification system in coke oven of an enterprise is studied in this paper,including construction situation,operation effect,utilization of regeneration gas,etc.In accordance with the actual situation,the operation cost is calculated in detail,and the operation cost is analyzed from two aspects including tons of product and pollutant removal.From the perspective of by-products,the appropriate SO2 utilization route can be selected according to the different situation.It is an optional way to produce sulfur by mixing with coal gas then to the Claus furnace.There is no need to build an acid system.Furthermore no acid waste water is produced.Take the enterprise as an example,the operating cost of flue gas purification under the 80%loading is 9~12 yuan/t.coke,and the operating cost will be further reduced at the full load production about 7.6~10 yuan/t.coke.The operating costs for removing pollutants are 5 577 yuan/t SO2 and 7 753 yuan/t NO*,respectively.This paper provide technical reference for coking enterprises in the selection of ultra-low emission transformation process of coke oven flue gas.
