摘要
介绍了河钢宣钢烧结烟气石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫工艺技术,针对原系统废水氯根高(1#、2#脱硫系统)、塔内喷淋管道、喷嘴及除雾器等发生结垢和堵塞、浆池内产生泡沫进入烟道、循环氧化池沉积物多以及出口烟气“石膏雨”现象严重等问题,分别就其产生原因以及如何通过调整工艺操作、设备设施检修等措施加以解决进行了详细地分析,并论述了如何做好石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫运行管理工作。通过对系统运行进行优化,达到节能降耗的目的,为脱硫设施经济环保、可持续运行提供有利基础。
This study introduced the process technology of limestone-gypsum wet desulfurization of the flue gas of Xuansteel.The problems existing in the original system were analyzed in detail,such as high chloride root in waste water(1#,2#desulfurization system),scale and blockage of spray pipes,nozzles and mist eliminators in the tower,foam in the pool into the flue,circulating oxidation pool deposits and export smoke"gypsum rain"phenomenon.We also analyzed the cause of the high chlorine content of the wastewater,the fouling of the defogger,the blockage of the spray pipe and the nozzle,and how to adjust the process operation,equipment maintenance and other measures.How to do a good job in limestone-gypsum wet desulfurization operation practice is discussed in detail.In addition,optimize the operation of the system to achieve energy saving and consumption reduction,and provide a favorable foundation for economic,environmentally friendly and sustainable operation of the desulfurization facilities.
