河钢承钢烧结烟气治理现状及超低排放改造 被引量:8

摘要 阐述了石灰石-石膏法烟气脱硫工艺以及湿法电除尘在河钢承钢360m^2烧结机的应用情况,分析了生产过程中产生的一些问题。根据河北省《钢铁工业大气污染物超低排放标准》(DB132169-2018)要求,并通过对国内主流脱硫脱硝工艺进行分析比较,提出了适合河钢承钢烟气超低排放的改造方案。 This paper describes the limestone-gypsum flue gas desulfurization process and the application of wet electrostatic precipitation in 360 m^2 sintering machine of Chengsteel,and analyzes problems in the production process.According to the requirements of Hebei Province's"Standard for Ultra-low Emission of Atmospheric Pollutants in Iron and Steel Industry"(DB13 2169-2018),Chengsteel needs to upgrade and reform the ultra-low emission of flue gas for sintering machine head.This paper analyzes and compares the mamstream domestic desulfurization and denitrification processes,and puts forward to the scheme that suitable for ultra-low emission of flue gas in Chengsteel.
