Forgotten the New after Demolition——In terms of Building New Structures after the Demolition of Shanghai’s Traditional Dwellings

上海正处在一个快速发展的阶段,近年来,有很多传统民居里弄建筑经历了拆除后再建,而每一个项目的再建方法又不尽相同。本文针对这些拆除再建后的手法进行简要分析,并提出一个理念:当这些旧建筑被拆除时,我们需要对原有地块上存在的生活气息及建筑尺度进行传承,附加当代的建筑技术及理念,形成一个舒适的生活空间,在此基础上打造品牌性,从而带来商业价值。

Shanghai is in a stage of rapid urban development.In recent years,many traditional residential buildings have been demolished and rebuilt and the building methods of each building varies.This paper gives a brief analysis on the methods of demotion and reconstruction and puts forward a concept,which is,when these old buildings have been demolished,we need to pass on the life atmosphere and architectural scale on the original plot,and combine with contemporary architectural techniques and ideas to form a comfortable living space,form the brand and bring commercial value on this basis.
