摘要 本文检索了1999-2018年中国知网上收录的关于BIM技术的核心期刊论文,包括SCI、EI、CSSCI来源的核心期刊论文,分析了近20年BIM技术在我国的发展及应用趋势,同时,也检索了1999-2018年与BIM技术相关的专利申请情况,进一步了解了BIM技术在我国的创新趋势。结果显示,我国自2005年起就开始了对BIM技术的研究,并将研究成果应用于各项工程项目中,但早期进展缓慢,2012年后才快速发展,2017年达到最高点,2018年以来热度有所下降。BIM技术的学术研究活跃单位集中于高校,而专利申请则集中于企事业单位。统计1999-2018年我国建筑科学与工程、运输与水利领域的BIM技术论文数量,显示BIM技术早期主要被应用于建筑科学与工程领域,2010年前后逐渐被应用于运输与水利领域,且上升趋势明显。本文建议工程项目充分发挥BIM技术优势,以提高效率、效益。 This paper analyzes the development trends of BIM technology in China during the past 20 years based on journal articles of BIM published in CNKI from 1999 to 2018,including SCI source journals,EI source journals CSSCI source journals and other core journals.This paper also retrieves the patent application status of BIM technology from 1999 to 2018 to further understand the innovation development trend of BIM in China.Results show that China has been using BIM technology in engineering projects since 2005,but the early development was slow until the rapid growth after 2012,reached the highest point in 2017,and then decreased in 2018.Academic researches of BIM are mainly concentrated in colleges and universities,while the patent application of BIM are concentrated in enterprises and institutions.Based on the number of essays on BIM of different research fields from 1999 to 2018 in CNKI,results showed that BIM was originally mainly used in architecture & engineering science,and then gradually applied to the field of transportation and water conservancy around 2010,and the upward trend of BIM's application in transportation and water conservancy has been obvious in recent years.It is suggested that engineering projects should fully take advantage of BIM to improve efficiency and economic benefits.
