既有住区老年人密集行为空间优化设计研究——以大连市既有住区为例

Study on Optimum Design of Elderly Dense Behavior Space in Built Residential Areas——A Case of Built Residential Areas in Dalian

本文以大连市既有住区①老年人密集行为空间为主要研究对象,通过定点观察、测绘的方法,对大连市既有住区老年人密集行为特征及需求进行分析总结,提出既有住区老年人密集行为空间优化策略,以期对国内既有住区品质提升及公共空间环境优化的策略有所启发。

This research takes the elderly dense behavior space in built residential area in Dalian as the main research object,by using the method of fixed point observation,surveying and mapping,summarizes the behavior characteristics and needs of elderly people in the community,and then from the perspective of different type of dense behavior and functional space,puts forward optimization strategy of the dense behavioral space in the built residential area,in order to promote the research on built residential quality promotion and public space environment optimization.
