城市街道节点空间使用后评价及优化策略研究——以七彩云南第一城周边街道空间为例

Study on the POE of Urban Street Node Space and Its Optimization Strategy——A Case of the Street Space Surrounding the First City of Colorful Yunnan

使用后评价(POE)关注使用者及其使用情况,并将使用阶段中发现的问题反馈给设计师,形成一个良性回馈机制来改善项目体系。为使七彩云南第一城周边街道空间更好地为使用者服务、提升街道空间品质,通过对街道空间设施情况的观察分析、对使用者进行问卷调查及访谈、研究行人使用街道空间后的使用评价等,对城市街道空间中的不足提供具体优化策略。

Post-occupancy evaluation (POE) pays attention to the users and their use.The user provides feedback to the designer so as to form a positive feedback mechanism to improve the project system.To make the street space surrounding the first city of colorful Yunnan serve the users better and to improve the quality of street space,this paper investigates and analyzes the facilities in the street space, conducts user questionnaires and interviews the users,studies the POE of the users for the street space and provides specific optimization strategy for the insufficiency of street space.
