从事物发展形态上看,城市在不断地更新改造,趋向于繁华。随着我国社会经济的不断发展,城市用地在不断扩张,新城的开发逐渐占据主导地位,且城市的旧城区却始终处于更新缓慢的状况,不仅房屋质量比较低劣,居住环境比较脏乱,同时还存在出行不便等各种问题,复杂的社会环境问题逐渐成为旧城区主要标志。
