基于互联网的规划公众参与探索与实践——以武汉东湖绿道众规工作为例

Exploration and Practice of Public Participation Based on Internet Planning——A Case of Public Planning Work of East Lake Greenway in Wuhan

武汉开展的东湖绿道规划公众参与工作是互联网时期规划工作参与的一次创新探索,该工作充分重视公众意愿,组建众规工作小组,建设众规公众参与平台,众筹公众规划智慧。创新参与途径方法,合理设计公众参与方案,实现公众参与最大范围的覆盖。将公众参与工作贯穿规划编制的过程中,及时与公众进行反馈互动,深化公众参与的层次,提高公众参与规划的积极性。

The public participation in the planning of East Lake Greenway in Wuhan is an innovative exploration on the participation of the planning work via the Internet.The working group paid full attention to the public willingness,established public participation working group,built a public participation platform and gathered the wisdom of the public in the planning.Innovative participatory approach and methods as well as public participation scheme were designed to achieve public participation in the widest range of coverage.The public participation was throughout the planning process so as to interact with the public timely,deepen the level of public participation and improve the activity of the public participation in the planning.
