Analysis on the Layout Design of Collective Housing Based on Phenomenological Theory

集合住宅的本质是一种呈现竖向特征的聚落,户型是基本的住宅单元,户型结构设计直接关系到人们的生活水平与质量。基于现象学理论分析集合住宅户型的设计,是一种从本质出发,满足人们居住需求,提升舒适度的一种设计方式与手段。基于此,文章主要对基于现象学理论的集合住宅户型设计进行了简单的分析论述。

The essence of collective housing is a settlement with vertical characteristics. Apartment layout is the basic housing unit. The design of layout structure is directly related to the people’s living standards and quality. Based on the phenomenological theory, this paper analyzes the design of collective housing, which is a kind of design method and means to meet the people’s living needs and improve their comfort. Based on this, this paper mainly makes a simple analysis and discussion on the design of the collective dwelling based on phenomenological theory.
