在中国过去三十多年的高速城市化进程中,建筑设计实践整体呈现出"面广量大"的态势,由此粗放式的建筑发展引发一系列的建筑资源浪费、建筑设计粗糙、项目品质低下等负面问题,而随着我国经济发展进入"新常态",城市化的主要驱动范式正由增量扩张逐渐转向存量更新。在此背景下,建筑设计实践将不可避免地走向"精细化",其也成为职业建筑师应该关注的重要议题。本文基于当下建筑师的职责与义务,对建筑市场现状环境进行分析,从使用者的角度考虑问题,以及在建筑细节处理上进行深入思考,以探讨建筑设计在现实语境下的发展走向。

In the process of high-speed urbanization in China over the past 30 years,the overall architectural design practice has shown a situation of" wide scope and large quantity".As a result,extensive architectural development has led to a series of waste of building resources,rough architectural design and low project quality.As China's economic development enters the" new normal",the main driving paradigm of urbanization is gradually shifting from incremental expansion to stock renewal.Under this context,architectural design practice will inevitably move toward" refinement",which also becomes the attention of professional architects.Based on the duties and obligations of the current architects,this paper analyzes the current situation of the construction market,considers problems from the perspective of the uses,carries out in-depth thinking on the handling of the details and explores the development trend of architectural design in reality.
