摘要
混凝土裂缝是混凝土耐久性降低、使用寿命缩短的重要原因。在实际工程施工中,通过掺加膨胀剂来抑制补偿收缩混凝土裂缝,而忽视混凝土自身、施工、养护等因素,往往不能起到理想的实际抗裂效果。本文分别从混凝土补偿收缩原理、原材料选择、配合比设计、混凝土施工、前期养护五个方面加以分析,通过采取针对性措施提高补偿收缩混凝土的膨胀效能,以实现对混凝土结构裂缝的有效控制。因此,合适的原材料、有针对性的配合比、严格的现场施工、充分的前期养护等对抑制混凝土裂缝的产生有着决定性影响。
Concrete crack is an important factor in the reduction of concrete durability and service life.In the actual project construction, expansive agents are often used to restrain the cracks of shrinkage-compensating concrete.However,due to the factors such as the concrete itself,construction and maintenance,etc.,the actual anti-cracking effect is not ideal.This paper analyzes from the aspects of expansion mechanism of concrete,selection and mixing ratio of raw materials,on-site construction and maintenance,improves the expansion efficiency of shrinkage-compensating concrete by corresponding measures,and effectively control the cracks in the concrete structure. Thus,we can know that suitable raw materials,targeted mixing ratio,strict site operation and sufficient maintenance in early stage,etc.have a decisive influence on the crack inhibition of concrete.
