摘要
目的探讨白细胞介素(IL)-35与2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者并发血管病变的相关性。方法选取60例T2DM并发动脉粥样硬化(AS)患者纳入T2DM+AS组,60例T2DM无AS患者纳入T2DM组,同时选择门诊健康体检人员60例纳入对照组。采用Luminex200流式荧光检测分析仪测定3组研究对象血清IL-35水平。结果与对照组[8.13(3.90~10.16)μg/L]相比,T2DM组[4.01(2.24~7.69)μg/L]和T2DM+AS组[2.52(2.01~6.41)μg/L]血清IL-35水平降低,且T2DM+AS组降低更明显,明显低于T2DM组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Spearman相关分析提示T2DM+AS组患者血清IL-35水平与颈动脉内膜中层厚度(cIMT)呈负相关(r=-0.3572,P=0.0051);血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、空腹血糖、C反应蛋白水平与cIMT呈正相关(r=0.3414,P=0.0076;r=0.2758,P=0.0330;r=0.3522,P=0.0058)。Logistic回归分析提示IL-35可能是T2DM是否伴AS的保护因素。结论提高糖尿病患者血清IL-35水平,可能是预防T2DM并发AS的可选途径之一。
Objective To investigate the correlation between interleukin-35(IL-35)and vascular lesions in type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)patients.Methods A total of 60 patients with T2DM without atherosclerosis(AS)were enrolled into T2DM group,and 60 patients with T2DM and AS were enrolled into T2DM+AS group,and 60 healthy person were selected as control group.The serum concentration of IL-35 was detected by Luminex200 in three groups.Results Compared to that of control group[8.13(3.90-10.16)μg/L],the serum concentration of IL-35 was lower in T2DM group[4.01(2.24-7.69)μg/L],and even lower in T2DM+AS group[2.52(2.01-6.41)μg/L].The serum concentration of IL-35 correlated negatively with intima-media thickness(cIMT)in T2DM+AS patients(r=-0.357 2,P=0.005 1),however,there were positive correlations between the serum concentration of low density lipoprotein cholestord,fasting plasma glucose,C-reactive protein with cIMT(r=0.341 4,P=0.007 6;r=0.275 8,P=0.033 0;r=0.352 2,P=0.005 8).Logistic regression analysis suggested that IL-35 might be a protective factor for T2DM with AS.Conclusion To increase the serum IL-35 concentration in T2DM patients,which might be one of the alternative way to prevent T2DM complicated with AS.
