某黄金冶炼厂废水回用工艺技术研究

摘要 某黄金冶炼厂生产过程中产生的工业废水主要为萃余液和提银废水,经中和处理后的溶液,各项指标均可达国家外排标准。为实现节能减排的要求,需对处理后的中和液进行深度除钙、镁等离子,回用于生产工序以减少外排水量,充分利用水资源。本文通过片碱、纯碱、电石渣、二氧化碳等相关原料进行组合对比试验,筛选出片碱和纯碱组合为废水处理的最佳原料,并探索纯碱用量、pH值对双碱法除钙镁的影响,开展经济预评价,筛选出最佳废水处理工艺。 The industrial waste water produced in the production process of a gold smelter is mainly raffinate and silver extraction waste water.All the indexes of liquid after the neutralization can reach national standard for exclusion.In order to meet the requirement of energy saving and emission reduction,the neutralized liquid after treatment should be deeply treated with calcium and magnesium plasma,and then recycled in the production process to reduce the external displacement and make full use of water resources.Through the combination contrast test of alkali tablets,soda ash,calcium carbide slag,carbon dioxide and other related raw materials,it was selected the combination of alkali tablets and soda ash as the best raw materials for wastewater treatment.It was explored in the essay the effects of soda dosage and pH value on calcium and magnesium removal by double-base methodand carried out the economic pre-evaluation for screening out the best wastewater treatment process.
