抽油机平衡装置中传动丝杠的设计与稳定性分析

摘要 对抽油机平衡装置中的关键传动部件--传动丝杠进行了研究。在参数设计和三维建模的基础上,理论计算了传动丝杠的受压稳定性,并应用ANSYS Workbench有限元软件对传动丝杠进行了静力学和线性屈曲分析,确认理论计算值与模拟分析值基本一致,同时求出了传动丝杠可以承受的临界屈曲值,为传动丝杠在工程中的应用及优化提供了技术参考。对传动丝杠还进行了现场测试,进一步验证了其工作稳定性。 The transmission screw, as the key transmission component in the balancing device of pumping unit, was studied. Based on the parameter design and 3D modeling, the pressure stability of the transmission screw was theoretically calculated. The ANSYS Workbench finite element software was used to perform the statics and linear buckling analysis of the transmission screw and confirm that the theoretical calculation value was basically consistent with the simulated analysis value. At the same time, the critical buckling value that could be received by the transmission screw was obtained, which provided a technical reference for the application and optimization of the transmission screw in engineering. The field performance test of the transmission screw may verify its operational stability in further step.
