摘要 曲轴是往复泵动力端的关键零部件,受力情况复杂。以大功率五柱塞往复泵的曲轴为研究对象,利用经验公式对曲轴及其配合零件进行三维设计,并对整体曲柄连杆机构进行动力学仿真,得到危险工况下曲轴外力的边界条件。同时应用有限元软件对曲轴进行应力分析,计算得到最大应力的位置及数值,确认危险部位,为曲轴的设计提供技术支持。 The crankshaft is a key component of the power end of the reciprocating pump, and the stress is complicated. Taking the crankshaft of high-power five-piston reciprocating pump as the research object, the three-dimensional design of the crankshaft and its mating parts was carried out by empirical formula, and the dynamics simulation of the whole crank-link mechanism was carried out to obtain the boundary conditions of the external force of the crankshaft under hazard conditions. At the same time, the finite element software was used to analyze the stress of the crankshaft, calculate the position and value of the maximum stress, confirm the hazard position, and provide technical support for the design of the crankshaft.
