摘要 目前,真空发生器已普遍应用。真空发生器中混合室的直径发生变化,会对真空发生器性能产生影响。分析了混合室直径对喷射因数的影响,得到不同混合室直径下的速度和压力分布情况,同时研究了混合室直径与背压的关系。通过研究确认,存在一个合适的混合室直径值,使真空发生器处于第二极限状态,而混合室直径越小,真空发生器的升压能力越强,可达背压和临界背压越大。 At present, vacuum generators have been widely used. When the diameter of the mixing chamber in the vacuum generator changes, it will affect the performance of the vacuum generator. The influence of the diameter of the mixing chamber on the injection factor was analyzed, and the velocity and pressure distribution under different mixing chamber diameters were obtained. The relationship between the diameter of the mixing chamber and the back pressure was also studied. It has been confirmed by study that there is an applicable diameter for the mixing chamber that can make the vacuum generator at the second limiting state. As the diameter of the mixing chamber is getting smaller, the boosting capacity of the vacuum generator will be stronger while the back pressure and the critical back pressure can reach the higher level.
