摩擦对方柱体镦粗过程影响的研究

摘要 针对摩擦对方柱体镦粗过程的影响,采用刚塑性有限元方法进行了研究,分析了方柱体镦粗过程中的等效应变、材料破坏值、截面形状和载荷。研究结果表明,摩擦对等效应变和材料破坏值的影响较大,摩擦因数越大,等效应变和材料破坏值的分布越不均匀,导致力学性能也越不均匀。此外,摩擦的存在导致鼓肚现象,摩擦因数越大,鼓肚现象越明显。 Aiming at the influence of the friction on the upsetting process of the square column, the rigid-plastic finite element method was used to study the equivalent strain, material damaging value,section shape and load during the upsetting process of the square column. The findings show that friction has a great influence on the equivalent strain and material breaking value. The larger the friction factor, the more uneven the distribution of equivalent strain and material damaging value, resulting in less uniformity of mechanical properties. In addition, the presence of friction may lead to a drumming effect, and the drumming effect may be more apparent along with the greater friction factor.
