通信设备数字配线单元端子便捷拆装工具的研制

Development of Convenient Disassembly & Assembly Tools for Terminals of Digital Wiring Unit of Communication Equipment

通信设备数字配线单元端子的布置紧凑,造成徒手拆装操作不便,且调试、检修费时费力。针对三种主流类型的通信设备数字配线单元端子布置方式,研制了对应的三种便捷拆装工具。对三种便捷拆装工具的结构进行了介绍,对其现场应用进行了分析。应用这三种工具,可以实现数字配线单元端子的便捷拆装,并大幅缩短数字配线安装、调试与检修的时间,显著提高工作效率。

The arrangement of the terminals of the digital wiring unit of the communication equipment is compact, which makes the disassembly and assembly operation inconvenient, and the debugging and maintenance are time-consuming and laborious. Three kinds of convenient disassembly and assembly tools have been developed for the three main types of terminal arrangement in digital wiring units of communication equipment. The structures of three convenient disassembly and assembly tools were introduced and their field applications were analyzed. By using these three types of tools, it is possible to realize convenient disassembly and assembly of the terminals in digital wiring units, and the time for installation, debugging and maintenance of the digital wiring could be greatly shortened, and the work efficiency is remarkably improved.
