摘要
现阶段,我国建设工程项目的规模在不断扩大,建设工程项目质量管理是工程项目实际建设中的主要内容,是实现质量、成本和进度控制目标的关键,与社会发展、人民群众生命财产安全息息相关.论文主要结合工程实例,对建设工程施工质量管理进行了研究.
At present,the scale of construction projects in China is expanding.Quality management of construction projects is the main content of the actual construction of projects.It is the key to achieve quality,cost and schedule control objectives,and is closely related to social development and the safety of people's lives and property.Through the combination of project examples,the paper studies the construction quality management of construction projects.
