摘要
技术研发人员双通道职业发展已成为主流高新技术企业标配,但员工晋升后工资涨而绩效产出不涨、晋升人员的能力发展与企业发展不匹配不适应等问题仍是较多企业的痛点.论文结合企业绩效提升需求分析,提出了技术人员职业发展通道优化措施,以期实现员工成长进步、企业绩效提升的双赢局面.
Dual-channel career development of technical research and development personnel has become the standard allocation of mainstream high-tech enterprises.However,many enterprises are still suffering from such problems as salary increase after employees'promotion but no increase in their performance output,and the mismatch and unadaptability between the capability development of promoted personnel and enterprise development.Combined with the analysis of enterprise performance improvement needs,this paper puts forward the optimization measures of professional development channels for technical personnel,so as to achieve a win-win situation of employee growth and progress and enterprise performance improvement.
