随着我国城市建设进程的不断推进,船舶成为沿海城市获取经济效益的主要运输载体.对船舶的进出坞而言,这是在船坞修造船过程中最为关键的工艺环节,因此,论文针对船舶出坞及靠离泊操纵安全进行研究分析,从各种环境条件出发,对船舶的实际操作行为作出规范化的处理,帮助其在日常的工作过程中具有较强的安全保障,从而促进我国船舶业的稳定发展.

With the continuous progress of urban construction in China,ships have become the main transport carrier for coastal cities to obtain economic benefits.As far as the docking and undocking of ships,this is the most critical process link in the process of dock repair and shipbuilding.Therefore,this paper studies and analyzes the safety of ship undocking and berthing operation,and makes standardized treatment of the actual operation behavior of the ship from various environmental conditions,so as to help it have a strong safety guarantee in the daily working process,and promote the stable development of the shipping industry in our country.
