关于综采液压支架反向安装工艺实践

摘要 综采液压支架的反向安装是指液压支架由下顺槽进入切割孔,自下而上安装的安装技术.相较于自上而下安装,此技术最大的优势在于:一是简化了运输环节,二是通过支架运输大大降低了巷道的养护投资.这一安装技术已经成功应用于谢桥煤矿综采工作面,取得了极佳的经济效益与社会效益. The reverse installation of the fully-mechanized mining hydraulic support means that the hydraulic support enters the cutting hole from the bottom,and the installation technology is installed from the bottom up.Compared with the top-down installation,the technology has the advantages that the transportation link is simplified,and the maintenance investment of the roadway is greatly reduced through the transportation of the bracket.The installation technology has been successfully applied to the fully-mechanized mining face of the Xieqiao coal mine,and has obtained excellent economic and social benefits.
