壮族村落传统宗族组织的制度环境——基于西南林村的实地研究

A Field Research on Institutional Environment of Traditional Clan Organizations in Zhuang Villages:Based on the research of a southwest village

文章以一个壮族村落的宗族组织为研究对象,从正式制度层面和非正式制度层面探讨宗族组织的制度环境,并具体分析强制性制度环境、规范性制度环境、文化认知性制度环境对组织行为选择和发展路径所起的约制作用,以及组织与外部环境的交互关系。为未来进一步研究少数民族宗族组织在帮助解决农村社会治理、社会问题等方面提供基础认识。

This paper studies the rural clans of a southwest village and discusses their institutional environment at the formal and informal levels.The institutional environment includes three dimensions:regulative institutional environment,normative institutional environment and culture-cognitive institutional environment.They all affect the organizational behavior and developmental path.Moreover,the relationship between the organization and the external environment will be discussed in this paper.It will provide a basic understanding for the further study and help to solve rural social governance and social problems.
