助力新时代发展 深入实施职教帮扶

Helping Development in New Era and Deeply Implement of Vocational Education Support

党的十九大明确指出中国的发展进入了一个新的时代。习近平同志为核心的党中央高度重视扶贫开发工作,系统阐述了精准扶贫和精准脱贫思想及基本方略。习近平扶贫思想成为中国特色社会主义理论创新的最新成果,成为新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分。天津市政府深入学习贯彻习近平关于扶贫攻坚的重要讲话精神,积极开展对口支援新疆和田地区的扶贫协作。“扶贫先扶教、扶教先扶师”。2016年5月,教育部支持“国家中西部地区职业教育师资培训中心”在天津机电职业技术学院建成启用。依托该中心,天津着力发挥在职业教育上的优势,在对新疆和田地区职业教育的实地调研基础上,坚持以创新职业教育发展作为教育帮扶的重点,通过职业学校援建、联合招生培养与师资双向交流,为学生提供技能、为企业提供人才、为社会提供就业。文章通过天津市对口支援新疆和田地区职业教育的实地调研,为深入实施东西部职教帮扶工作提供了实践参考。

The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly pointed out that China’s development has entered a new era.The CPC central committee with Comrade XI Jin-ping at its core attaches great importance to poverty alleviation and development work,and systematically expounds the ideas and basic strategies of targeted poverty alleviation and targeted poverty alleviation.XI Jin-ping’s idea of poverty alleviation has become the latest achievement in the theoretical innovation of socialism with Chinese characteristics and has become an important part of the socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the new era.The Tianjin Municipal Government has thoroughly studied and implemented XI Jin-ping’s spirit of important speeches on poverty alleviation and actively carried out poverty alleviation cooperation in the Hotan Prefecture,Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.“Poverty alleviation starts with education and Helping teacher before supporting education”.In May 2016,the Ministry of Education supported the“National Midwestern Vocational Education Teacher Cultivation Center”to be completed and opened in Tianjin Electromechanical Vocational and Technical College.Relying on the center,Tianjin strives to give full play to its advantages in vocational education.On the basis of field study on vocational education in Hotan Prefecture,Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,it insists on the development of innovative vocational education as the focus of education assistance,through vocational school aid construction,joint enrollment and cultivation.The two-way exchange of teachers provides students with skills,provides talents for enterprises,and provides employment for the society.The article provides a practical reference for the in-depth implementation of the vocational education of the East and the West through the on-site investigation of vocational education in the Hotan Prefecture,Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.
