高职学生心理危机意识及相关压力源调查研究

Investigation onPsychological Crisis Consciousness of Higher Vocational Students and Relevant Stressors

主要从高职学生的心理危机意识现状及心理危机相关压力源进行调查研究,结果显示高职学生的心理危机意识不足,存在较大的隐患。相关压力源主要包括重大与突发事件、家庭与经济压力、就业压力、学业压力、社交与人际关系压力等,且以就业压力为主。压力源根据不同学生类型的差异,又具有各自的特点。因此我们可以根据高职学生心理危机特点制定干预措施,有助于学生的心理健康水平及学校的危机干预水平的提高。

This article mainly studies the current situation of psychological crisis consciousness of higher vocational students and the related stressors of psychological crisis.The results show that the mental crisis consciousness of higher vocational students is insufficient and there are hidden dangers.Relevant stressors mainly include major and emergencies,family and economic pressures,employment pressures,academic pressures,social and interpersonal relationship pressures,and employment pressure.The stressors have their own characteristics according to the differences of different student types.Therefore,we may formulate intervention measures according to the characteristics of psychological crisis of vocational students,which will help students’mental health level and the level of crisis intervention in schools.
