经济新常态下高校财经类毕业生就业现状研究——以某财经类高校2018届毕业生为例

On the Present Situation of Employment of Financial and Economic Graduates in Colleges under the New Normal of Economy

经济新常态深刻揭示了中国当前经济发展阶段的新变化,中国的就业结构和就业形势都发生新的变化,也对大学生的就业提出新的挑战。经济新常态下,新增岗位减少,结构性矛盾更加突出,大学生就业市场竞争加剧,显然对财经类高校毕业生提出了更高的要求。本文通过研究新常态下大学生就业的机遇和挑战,通过对某财经类高校2018届毕业生就业的分析,提出优化高校财经类毕业生的就业对策和建议。

The new normal of economy deeply reveals the new changes in the current stage of economic development in Chi.na and new changes have taken place in the employment structure and employment situation in China,which poses new challenges to the employment of college students.Under the new normal of economy,the number of new jobs is reduced;the structural contradiction is more prominent and the competition in the job market of college students is intensified,which obviously puts forward higher requirements for the graduates of financial and economic universities.The paper stud.ies the opportunities and challenges of college students’employment under the new normal of economy,analyzes the em.ployment status of the graduates in a financial and economic university in 2018 as a case and puts forward some measures for optimizing the employment of the graduates of the financial and economic speciality in colleges.
