摘要
某通信建设有限公司承接一项通信电源设备安装工程,为完成并保证工程进度、质量和投资,进行项目团队组建,对通信电源设备安装工程的构成进行作业分解,在项目管理软件上完成通信电源设备安装工程运营思路设计,并在通信工程管理沙盘上模拟实施全过程。进而不断调整、比对方案,选取工程较优方案,实现项目回报较大化。
A communication construction limited company undertakes an installation project of communication power supply equipment.In order to complete the project and ensure the progress,quality and investment of the project,the project team are set up.The composition of the installation project of communication power supply equipment is decomposed into work decomposition.The operation idea design of the installation project of communication power supply equipment and the sand table model of communication engineering management are completed on the project management software.The whole process of implementation is stimulated and the schemes are constantly adjusted and compared.The optimal scheme is selected so as to maximize the return of the project.
