高职电气自动化技术专业学生软技能培养路径的研究

Research on soft skills training path for students majoring in electric automation technology in higher vocational colleges

高等职业教育的目标是培养高素质技术技能人才,高职院校除了培养学生必备的硬技能之外,也应关注学生软技能的培养。结合现代企业对学生软技能的需求,以Y学院省高水平骨干建设专业——电气自动化技术专业为例,阐述了高职院校学生软技能培养的重要性,分析了目前高职院校学生软技能缺失的表现及原因,从转变传统教育理念、加强师资队伍建设、依托教学实践平台和创新教学评价模式,对高职院校学生软技能培养途径进行了探索。

The goal of higher vocational education is to train high-quality technical and skilled personnel.Besides the necessary skills,the higher vocational colleges should pay more attention to the cultivation of students'soft skills.Combining with the needs of modern enterprises for students'soft skills and taking the province's high-level backbone construction specialty-electric automation technology specialty of Y College as an example,this paper expounds the importance of cultivating students'soft skills in higher vocational colleges and analyses the performance and reasons of the students'lack of soft skills.From transforming the traditional education ideas,strengthening the construction of teaching staff,relying on the teaching practice platform and innovating teaching evaluation model,this paper explores the ways to cultivate students'soft skills in higher vocational colleges.
