小组式护理论坛在肿瘤科患者自杀防治培训中的应用与启示

Effect of Group Nursing Forum in Risk Management of Suicide Prevention and Treatment of Oncology Patients

目的探讨培训护理人员自主学习肿瘤患者自杀风险管理的有效方法。方法我院肿瘤科在2018年10—12月开展以自杀倾向风险患者的心理评估及护理为题的小组式护理论坛,护理人员通过自主收集相关的临床案例和理论知识,以小组合作的方式进行发言分享。结果参加小组式自杀预防论坛共有16个病区,其中分享自杀意念患者管理有3例,自杀未遂患者管理有11例,自杀死亡患者管理有2例;通过护理论坛形式护士主要收获排名前三的分别是:预防患者自杀知识、语言表达能力、心理评估能力。结论小组式护理论坛有助于提高护理人员自主学习能力,积累自杀防治相关理论知识,培养自杀风险管理意识,发挥肿瘤住院患者自杀“守门人”的角色。

Objective To explore the effective training method for risk management of suicide risk of cancer patients for nurses in oncology department.Methods From October to December 2018,a group nursing forum called“Psychological Assessment and Nursing of Patients with Suicide Risk”was held in oncology department.Nurses collected clinical cases and theoretical knowledge independently,and shared them in a team-cooperative way.Results There were 16 groups participating in suicide prevention forum,with three groups sharing the nursing of patients with suicide ideation,eleven groups sharing the nursing of patients with attempted suicide,and two groups sharing the nursing of suicide deaths.Through the group nursing forum,the top three main gains in nurses were prevention of suicide knowledge,language expression ability,and psychological assessment ability.Conclusion Group nursing forum can help nurses improve their self-learning ability,accumulate relevant knowledge of suicide prevention and risk management.It is beneficial to nurses to promote the communication and coordination ability,thus to ensure the safety of hospitalized cancer patients.
