新时代是奋斗者的时代,大学生是新时代的奋斗者。奋斗精神作为中国精神的有机组成部分,有着深厚的价值内涵和深远的时代意蕴。培育新时代大学生奋斗精神首要在于引导大学生全面、准确地理解奋斗精神富有的勇于奋斗、不懈奋斗、艰苦奋斗、团结奋斗和踏实奋斗的内涵实质,关键在于创新培育路径,充分运用“四个课堂”,即立足教学主课堂、拓宽实践子课堂、善用网络新课堂和协同社会大课堂,从而促使大学生成为新时代的不懈奋斗者,实现伟大梦想。

The new era is the era of fighter, college students are the fighters of the new era. As an organic part of Chinese spirit, the spirit of struggle has profound value connotation and profound times implication. To cultivate the struggle spirit of college students in the new era, the first priority is to guide college students to fully and accurately understand the connotation and essence of boldly struggle, unremittingly struggle, hard struggle, united struggle and surefooted struggle. The key lies in the innovation cultivation path, making full use of the “four classrooms”, namely, basing on the main teaching class, broadening the practice sub-classes, making good use of the new network class and collaborative social large class.
