突发事件网络舆情研究进展与趋势分析

An Analysis of the Research Progress and Trends of Emergency Network Public Opinion

近年来,互联网的发展和突发事件的频发导致突发事件网络舆情成为学者们关注的热点之一,但相关研究缺乏对突发事件网络舆情研究文献的量化和可视化分析。文章选取20092018年CNKI中的223篇以突发事件网络舆情为主题的CSSCI来源期刊和北大核心期刊文献为样本,利用Citespace对文献作者、研究机构、关键词等绘制知识图谱,对研究热点、研究演化路径和未来研究趋势进行分析。研究表明:基于突发事件网络舆情主体、表现形式、预警和应对策略的研究是当前的研究热点,未来研究将会朝着高校突发事件网络舆情、突发事件非理性网络舆论、突发事件网络舆情演化、突发事件网络舆情治理研究等方面展开。

In recent years, the development of the Internet and the frequent occurrence of emergencies have caused the emergency network public opinion to become one of the hot spots of scholars’ attention, but the relevant research lacks quantitative and visual analysis of the research literature. Taking 223 articles about the emergency network public opinion research from CSSCI journal and core journals in 2009 2018 CNKI database as sample, we use Citespace to draw knowledge mapping of author, institution and keywords. Then we analyze the research hotspots, the evolution of the research and the trend. The research shows that the subject, the pattern of manifestation, the early warning and the coping strategy of the emergency network public opinion are the current research hotspots. Future research will be carried out in the fields of network public opinion of unexpected events, irrational network public opinion of unexpected events, evolution and governance of network public opinion of unexpected events.
