摘要
火灾是社会生活中发生最为频繁的灾害之一,给人们的生命财产安全造成巨大的损失。该文针对传统的消防应急信息化程度不够高,消防应急指挥员仅凭经验实施抢险救援活动,从而导致指挥调度效率低、实效性差、决策偏差大问题,应用三维GIS技术、倾斜摄影技术、数据库技术等构建三维GIS消防应急系统。系统集空间数据存储、管理、分析为一体,提供了地图基础功能、单位应急预案、消防应急等服务,使消防员能够在实景真三维场景中,进行消防演练和现场实战指挥调度,提高了消防演练的频次、效率和消防指挥决策的科学性,从而降低消防应急救援中生命财产损失。
Fire is one of the most frequent disasters in social life,which causes huge losses to people’s lives and property safety.In this paper,according to the traditional fire emergency informationization is not high enough,fire emergency commanders only rely on experience to implement emergency rescue activities,resulting in inefficient command and dispatch,poor effectiveness,decision-making deviation,the use of three-dimensional GIS technology,tilt photography technology,database technology to build a three-dimensional GIS fire emergency system.The system integrates spatial data storage,management and analysis,and provides map basic functions,unit emergency plan and fire emergency services.It enables firefighters to conduct fire drills and field command and dispatch in real three-dimensional scenes.It improves the frequency,efficiency of fire drills and the scientificity of fire command and decision-making,thus reducing life and property in fire emergency rescue.Losses.
