摘要
一体化教学是高职院校实现"教学做"一体与"产教学"融合人才培养变革的重要方式。以《出纳实务》课程为例,目前该课程教学存在着教学方式单一、教学内容与岗位匹配度不高、实习实训薄弱、教学资源利用不足等问题。为此,《出纳实务》一体化教学设计的思路是基于出纳岗位需求分析,以岗位资格要求与工作过程为导向,重新设定课程内容与教学体系,综合运用多种教学方法,有效利用内外部资源,实现课堂教学、技能竞赛、实习实训与职业资格认证的无缝对接。
Integrated teaching is an important way for higher vocational colleges to reform the talent training.Taking the"Cashier Practice"course as an example,at present,there are problems such as single teaching mode,low teaching content and post matching,weak practical training,and insufficient use of teaching resources.To this end,the"Cashier Practice"integrated teaching design is based on the demand analysis of the cashier position,based on the job qualification requirements and work process.To re-set the course content and teaching system,comprehensively use a variety of teaching methods,and effectively use internal and external resources are ways to achieve integration of classroom teaching,skill competition,internship training and professional qualification certification.
