摘要
在植树作业时时,树苗周围的土壤往往出现较大的土块,土壤无法沉降变密实,增加水分的蒸发,严重影响了树苗的成活率。现有的植树机镇压机构不具备破碎较大土块的功能,且只能镇压树苗的两侧,两棵树苗之间的纵向位置是没法镇压的,且镇压出的形状是平面的,给树苗施水时,水四处流淌,不利于施水的贮存,也影响了树苗水分的吸收和成活率。虽然有的植树机设有垄的两侧面覆土装置,但是覆土装置的宽度是固定的,不能适应垄的宽度变化。现有的镇压机构,镇压轮的表面是平的,往往出现打滑现象,容易壅土和堆土;且镇压轮的质量是固定的,针对不同的土壤,不能调整镇压力度。针对存在的问题,我们设计了一种集树苗四周纵横向镇压、破土、垄侧面覆土宽度可调、镇压力度可调的多功能镇压机构。并对镇压轮、弹簧等主要部件进行了设计优化。
When planting trees,the soil around the seedlings often appear larger soil,the soil can not settle dense,increase the evaporation of water,seriously affect the survival rate of seedlings.The existing Arbor suppression mechanism does not have the function of breaking larger pieces of earth,and can only suppress the two sides of the saplings.The vertical position between the two saplings can not be suppressed,and the shape of the pressure is flat.When water is applied to the seedlings,water f lows around.It is not conducive to water storage,but also affects the water absorption and survival rate of seedlings.Although some Arbor machines are equipped with two sides of the ridge overlay device,the width of the overlay device is fixed and can not adapt to changes in the width of the ridge.In the existing repression institutions,the surface of the pressure suppression wheel is flat,and there is often a phenomenon of skid,which is easy to choke and pile up soil.And the quality of the compressive wheel is fixed,and for different soils,the compressive force can not be adjusted.In order to solve the existing problems,we designed a kind of multifunctional suppression mechanism with vertical and horizontal suppression around the saplings,which can adjust the width of soil cover and the pressure level.The design and optimization of the main parts such as the compression wheel and spring are also carried out.
