基础护理学教学改革与创新研究

在当前的基础护理学教学实施办法的情况中,从事基础护理教学的老师队伍需要对原有的传统教学模式进行摒弃,而且需要在此基础上进行创新,目的是为了可进行教育效率上的提高。总体来说,随着社会大环境下的发展,病患者对于医疗行业从事人员的专业素养提出了更高的要求。所以护士在护理病患者的时候,既要对生理层面做出更高水平的看护,对于病患者的心理也要用人文关怀做好心理疏导。所以我们必须要加强对学生关于人文素质教育上的培养和对专业技能的培训。

In the current implementation of basic nursing teaching methods,teachers engaged in basic nursing teaching need to abandon the original traditional teaching mode,and need to innovate on this basis,in order to improve the educational efficiency.In general,with the development of the social environment,patients have put forward higher requirements for the professional quality of medical professionals.Therefore,when nursing patients,nurses should not only provide a higher level of physical care,but also use humanistic care to do a good job in psychological counseling for patients.Therefore,we must strengthen the cultivation of students’humanistic quality education and the training of professional skills.
