基于SWOT分析的西安周边地区乡村短租平台建设研究

在国家乡村振兴发展及精准扶贫的背景下,以西安周边地区的乡村为研究对象,打造一个集优质乡村民宿房源的互联网平台,借此挖掘西安周边乡村特色旅游及民宿价值和功能,可以有力推动乡村经济建设。该文通过SWOT分析法,对平台建设的优势与劣势、面临的机遇与威胁进行了分析,对构建西安周边地区乡村短租平台进行综合评估和分析,以明确下一步平台建设实施方案。

Under the background of national rural revitalization and development and targeted poverty alleviation,taking the villages around xi’an as the research object,to build an Internet platform of high-quality rural homeroom housing resources,so as to explore the value and function of characteristic tourism and homeroom around xi’an,which can effectively promote the rural economic construction.Through SWOT analysis,this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the platform construction,and comprehensively evaluates and analyzes the construction of the rural short lease platform in surrounding areas of xi’an,so as to clarify the implementation plan of the platform construction in the next step.
