摘要
如何深化教育教学改革、提高高校教学水平和大学生创新能力,是我国本科教育阶段亟待解决的问题.本文探讨基于STAR模型的高校"新经管"建设工程在提高大学生创新能力中的新路径,从分析经管学科的发展、"新经管"学科的建设、学科竞赛的重要作用以及"新经管"改革方案绩效评价四个方面展开讨论,并提出相应的改革建议,具体可从采取翻转课堂教学模式、构建协同育人平台、构建"教学改革-学科建设-学科竞赛"的互动模式等策略使高校"新经管"教学改革扎实推进,以此,切实深化教育教学改革,稳步提高我国大学生创新能力.
How to deepen the teaching reform of the education,to improve the teaching level of the university and the innovation ability of the college students is a problem to be solved urgently in the undergraduate education stage of our country. This paper discusses the new path of the university “New Management”construction project based on the STAR model in improving the innovation ability of the college students,and from the analysis of the development of the management subject,the construction of the “New Management” subject,the important role of the subject competition and the performance evaluation of the “New Management” reform program. It also puts forward corresponding reform proposals,which can be used to change the classroom teaching mode,construct the collaborative education platform,build the interactive mode of the “teaching reform-subject construction-subject competition”and so on. The strategy makes the teaching reform of“new management”in colleges and universities carry forward in a down-to-earth manner,so as to deepen the reform of education and teaching and steadily improve the innovative ability of college students in our country.
