外语非通用语人才培养研究——基于中华民族优秀文化“走出去”战略视角

Research on the Cultivation of Foreign Language Non-lingua Franca Talents——A Perspective Based on the “Going Out” Strategy of Chinese Culture

我国的"一带一路"倡议和文化"走出去"战略对外语非通用语人才培养提出了新要求,使其不得不承担起对外传播中华民族优秀文化的历史重任.文章从新时代党对文教事业的新要求入手,分析外语非通用语人才培养的必要性与紧迫性,剖析人才培养现状和问题,探索可行性应对策略,以供学界参考借鉴.

China’s “one Belt and One Road ”Initiative and the“Going Out”strategy of culture have put forward new requirements for the cultivation of foreign language non-lingua franca talents,so that they can shoulder the historic task of disseminating the excellent culture of the Chinese nation. Starting with the new requirements for cultural and educational undertakings in the new era,this paper discusses the necessity and urgency of training foreign language non-lingua franca talents, analyses its current situation and existing problems and explores countermeasures for reference by the academic circles.
