考虑DG对配网网损贡献率的网损分摊方法 被引量:11

摘要 分布式电源接入会引起配网潮流和网络损耗发生变化,为全面掌握分布式电源对配网网损影响程度的大小,实现含分布式电源的配网网损的合理分摊,提出了分布式电源对配网网损贡献率的概念,并以此为基础提出了一种考虑分布式电源对配网网损贡献率的网损分摊方法。首先,设计了一套分布式电源对配网网损的影响指标体系,包括涵盖分布式电源并网容量、并网位置等基本参数的基本属性指标子体系和涵盖分布式电源年供电量、配网负载率等运行参数的运行属性指标子体系;其次,依据指标属性对各指标进行预处理,并用序关系法和熵权法确定各指标权重,从而计算得到各分布式电源并网对配网网损的贡献率;然后,根据“增量部分谁造成,谁承担”的原则,将含分布式电源的配网网损分为两部分进行分摊:网损初始值部分设计按照潮流追踪法将其分摊给原配网所有用户;网损变化量设计基于网损贡献率将其分摊给各分布式电源。最后,以某地含分布式电源接入的配电网为例,对含分布式电源的配网网损进行分摊,验证文中所提方法的正确性。 The access of generation(DG)will lead to the change of power flow and line loss of distribution network.In order to fully understand the impact of distributed generation on distribution network loss and realize the reasonable allocation of distribution network loss,the concept of network loss contribution rate of DG to distribution network is introduced,and on this basis,a loss allocation method considering the loss contribution rate of DG is proposed in this paper.Firstly,a set of impact power indicator system of DG to distribution network loss is designed,which includes the basic property index sub-system and the run property index sub-system.The basic property index sub-system covers the basic parameters of the DG,such as the capacity and grid location.The run property index sub-system covers the operation parameters of the distribution network,such as the annual power supply and distribution network load rate.Secondly,according to the index property,each index is preprocessed,weights of each index are determined by means of the order relationship method and the entropy weight method(EWM),and the loss contribution rate of each DG to distribution network is calculated.Then,in the light of the principle of“who caused the incremental part of loss,who is responsible for it”,loss of the distribution network including DG is divided into two parts the initial part of the network loss is allocated to all users of the original distribution network through the power flow tracing,and then the network loss variation is designed to distributed to each DG based on the loss contribution rate.Finally,the distribution network including DG in a certain area is taken as an example to share the distribution network loss.The final allocation the correctness and rationalities of the proposed method.
