新媒体传播中影视作品的版权管理浅谈

摘要 在现代互联网背景下,新媒体为我国影视事业的创新发展提供了契机,同时也给影视行业发展带来了新的挑战。由于新媒体在网络中的广泛运用,影视作品版权管理问题也集中凸显。新媒体为了提高经济效益,使传统影视服务形式与商业化运作模式进行了融合,一部分新媒体利用网络环境的便捷性,将各种网络资源进行加工使用,从而出现了较多的影视作品侵权现象。通过对影视行业版权管理途径进行深入探讨,旨在为我国文化建设与发展提供有力的支撑。 Under the background of modern internet, new media provides opportunities for the innovation and development of film and television industry in China, but also brings new challenges to the development of film and television industry. Due to the wide use of new media in the network, the copyright management of film and television works is also highlighted. In order to improve the economic efficiency, the new media has integrated the traditional film and television service form with the commercial operation mode. Some new media make use of the convenience of the network environment to process and use various network resources, resulting in more infringement of film and television works. In this paper, the way of copyright management in film and television industry is discussed in depth, in order to provide strong support for the cultural construction and development of our country.
