烷基汞分析仪测定沉积物中甲基汞

Determination of methyl mercury in sediments by alkyl mercury analyzer

本实验选用全自动烷基汞分析仪为检测仪器,采用吹扫捕集-气相色谱-冷原子荧光的方法,检测沉积物中的甲基汞含量,在实验室环境下对沉积物标准物质中的甲基汞进行检测,测试结果表明,质控样品中甲基汞的浓度为5.2±0.7ng/g,测定结果折算为样品质量浓度后均在质控范围内,同时表明该前处理方法可以有效的提取出沉积物中的甲基汞。通过对沉积物样品中甲基汞的测定,考察了烷基汞分析仪的测试能力,测试结果满意,性能良好。

Methyl mercury content in sediments was detected by automatic alkyl mercury analyzer(purge and trap-gas chromatography-cold atomic fluorescence spectrometry)in laboratory environment.The concentration of methyl mercury in quality control samples was 5.2±0.7 ng/g,then the results were converted to sample quality.The concentration of methyl mercury in the sediments was within the quality control range,which indicated that the pretreatment method could effectively extract methyl mercury from sediments.The determination result is good.
