摘要
本实验采用便携式拉曼光谱仪作为检测工具,可快速对塑料新料与再生料识别;通过采集不同比例的新料与再生塑料混合样品的拉曼光谱,以二阶导数次高峰对再生料含量进行拟合,可实现对再生塑料含量的检测。测试结果表明,拟合曲线相关系数R可达0.9979呈负相关,方法检出限可达1.0%,测试结果良好,满足含量分析和现场检测的要求。
After collecting the Raman spectral of the mixture of virgin and recycled plastic with different mixing proportions and creating a mathematical relationship between the recycled plastic concentrations and the second peaks of the second derivative of corresponding spectrum,the concentration of recycled plastic could be determinated rapidly.The R of the curve fitting was 0.9979,which was negative related.The detection limit was 1.0%.This method can also meet the demand of field test.
