摘要
为提高矽卡岩型白钨矿浮选粗精矿品位,降低后续加温精选成本,开展了低品位钨矿抑制剂研究。采用自主研制的WT-1有机抑制剂,通过两次粗选,粗精矿合并,可获得WO3品位为4.04%,回收率为84.21%的白钨粗精矿。红外光谱分析结果表明WT-1分别在萤石和方解石表面上发生了化学吸附,未在白钨矿表面发生化学吸附。在保持粗精矿回收率不变的前提下,白钨粗精矿WO3品位提高了1倍左右,精选加温成本可减少将近一半。
The research on scheelite depressant is carried out to improve the grade of skarn type scheelite roughing concentrate and reduce the cost of subsequent heating concentration.The scheelite roughing concentrate with a grade of 4.04%and a recovery of 84.21%is obtained by using self-developed organic depressor WT-1 through mixing two roughing concentrate.The WO 3 grade of scheelite roughing concentrate is increased by about 1 time,and the cost of heating concentration can be reduced by nearly half with the roughing concentrate recovery rate unchanged.
