针对铁岭地震台形变观测手段,分析了影响形变手段数据断记的各种因素。在此基础上研究了一款软件“地震形变手段监控报警平台”,该软件通过对前兆仪器量程进行监控,会在超出设定阈值时进行报警并短信发送,以便于维修人员及时处理,保证数据质量,为分析预报提供了可靠的依据。

This papert mainly focused on the deformation observation means of Tieling Seismic Station,and analyzed the various factors which affect the data recording of deformation means.On this basis,a software"Monitoring and Alarm Platform for Seismic Deformation Means”is studied.By monitoring the range of precursor instruments,alarms and short messages will be sent when the set threshold is exceeded,which is convenient for maintenance personnel to handle in time.To ensure data quality and provide basis for analysis and forecast,I hope this article can provide reference for peers.
