摘要
为了提高地下商业空间灾害突发期间应急救援效率,通过对地下商业空间灾害应急救援内涵进行分析,建立了相应的应急救援仿真系统,并以此为基础利用系统动力学构建了地下商业空间灾害应急救援仿真模型。以某地下商场为例对该模型进行了真实性和适用性检验和救援人员投入策略的模拟,结果表明:该模型能模拟地下1~3层商业空间和自救逃生人员发生踩踏或不发生踩踏的救援情况;且对时间紧迫的救援任务,在考虑人力资本与救援效果时,能找出使救援效率提高更明显的救援人员数量范围。此仿真模型能模拟地下商业空间灾害突发期间的真实应急救援情况。
In order to improve the efficiency of emergency rescue in underground commercial space, the connotation of emergency rescue in underground commercial space is analyzed, and the corresponding emergency rescue simulation system is established. And based on this, the simulation model of emergency rescue in underground commercial space is constructed by using system dynamics. Taking an underground shopping mall as an example, the authenticity and applicability of the model are tested and the input strategy of rescuers is simulated. Results show that the model can simulate the rescue situation of the underground 1-3 storeys commercial space and the rescuers who trampled or did not trample, and for the time-critical rescue tasks, human capital and rescue personnel are considered. When the rescue effect is achieved, it is found out that the scope of the number of rescuers which can improve the rescue efficiency more obviously. The simulation model can simulate the real emergency rescue situation of underground commercial space during the sudden disaster.
