摘要
利用河南省夏玉米种植区20个气象台站1988-2017年的逐日观测资料和相应市(县)的玉米产量资料,对干旱天气指数保险进行了研究与设计.定义了玉米干旱天气指数,并利用85组灾害样本分析了干旱天气指数与减产率之间的关系,建立了干旱天气指数模型.在此基础上,设计了玉米干旱天气指数保险产品,借助于历史数据计算出了纯费率,并利用风险评估结果修订了天气指数产品费率,实现了县级水平上的差异费率.
Based on the daily observation data of 20 meteorological stations in summer maize planting area of Henan Province from 1988 to 2017 and the maize yield data of corresponding cities and counties, the insurance index of drought weather was studied and designed. The maize drought weather index was defined and 85 disaster samples were used to analyze the drought weather index and yield reduction rate. On this basis, the insurance product of maize drought weather index was designed, and the pure rate was calculated according to historical data. The product rate of weather index was revised by using the risk assessment results, and the differential rate at county level was realized.
